Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition
  • Have original tags attached (if applicable)
  • Be free of signs of wear, washing, or damage

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Limited edition or event-specific merchandise
  • Personalized or custom items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can quickly make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
